Mold Manufacturing

Meridian Products offers our customers both in-house mold manufacturing, as well as off shore sourcing.  All of our tooling operations employ world class solutions to mold building, including mold flow analysis, fully integrated CAD/CAM, CMM vision inspection, in-house heat treating, CNC machining centers, CNC EDM machines, along with total project management, that ensures lead times are met.  All of our programs follow a thorough design review to ensure all of the customer’s requirements are met.

Meridian Products builds high production multi-cavity molds.  These molds are designed to produce several hundred thousand to several million parts per year.

We have also developed our own quick turn mold system that can drastically reduce costs and lead times.  This system is ideal for bridge tooling, as well as fully functional prototypes and low volume production.

A typical lead time for quick turn molds is 2 weeks, with production molds averaging 4-6 weeks in-house.
